We offer a Thermal imaging scan as an add on to all inspections in the colder months between October and May.
During a thermal imaging scan our inspector will inspect your walls and ceilings for any cold spots that could indicate a lack of insulation, wet and damp problems or organic matter living in the cavity
We will also check all windows and doors for cold air ingress that could indicate poorly fitted window or door units.
Throughout the year we inspect heating systems and underfloor heating for consistent heat coverage.
Please note, this is not a heat loss survey.
